convenient location comfortable bed shopping mall
The hotel's location provided easy access to the train station, it was just a short walk. A mega shopping mall with a supermarket was located right beside the hotel, it was very convenient. The room's bed was comfortable and clean, it ensured a good rest.
The room was slightly dark as it lacked a ceiling light, this made preparing for my conference a little difficult.

courteous service spacious room
the hotel staff provided courteous service throughout my stay i appreciated the friendly and efficient team. the room offered a good city view and it was spacious . i found the facilities wonderful especially the relaxing pool with its jacuzzi.
i noticed the lobby was quite busy during check-in this caused some delays. i think dedicated seating in the lobby would improve the experience.

i had dinner at alibi and found the food and drinks very good especially the ribeye steak. room service delivered tasty food and francis sam and henry recommended menu items. the place buffet offered a great selection too.

the room had comfortable beds and nice pillows ensuring a restful sleep. it was well set out maintained and clean creating a pleasant environment. the really good view added to the overall comfort of the space.

the hotel enjoys a convenient location with easy access to the mtr and a mall. its connection via langham place is especially beneficial during the rainy season. there are also many restaurants cafes and shops nearby.

The location is convenient to shopping and transportation. The staff handled my check-in smoothly.
The pool bar did not serve cocktails. This was a significant disappointment. I had hoped for a relaxing drink by the pool, but it was not possible. I had to leave the premises for the experience I expected.
